Vatche Saatdjian A graduate of UNLV with a Bachelor's of Business and Finance, Vatche has over 15-years of experience in the lending industry. He has served as a Personal Banker (IV) with Fortune corporation Bank of America before becoming the Vice President of Retail Operations with a top mortgage company. Margarita Cardoza Margarita is a licensed Realtor, Mortgage Broker, and accountant. She has been practicing in Las Vegas for over five years.			Hernan Zuniga Hernan has been a Senior Loan Officer for going on 3-years with a specialty in servicing subprime borrowers.
